AIS Heavy equipment technical institute HOUSING

Housing may be available to students enrolled in any of the the AIS Heavy Equipment Technical Institute training programs. Restrictions do apply. The 6 bedroom house is located on the AIS Institute's property. In addition to the 6 bedrooms (Twin Beds), the house consists of two living areas, two bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area. Rent is $150 per week (Sunday thru Thursday) and includes all utilities, cable and Wi-Fi. Smoking and alcohol is prohibited in the house, no outside visitors or guests spending the night. Students must provide their own linens. Unless otherwise arranged, no Friday or Saturday night stays are allowed. A Housing Agreement is completed before students are allowed to stay in the house.
