Basic maintenance and service training on conveyors, screens & crushers. Change a broken bearing on a pulley. Understand the difference and proper usage/installation of (SC, SCM, Type E & S-200 Bearings Overview of belt tracking and tensioning Learn how belt scales are installed and properly maintained Cover basic screen maintenance from springs, bearings, sheaves & motor mounts. Sand Production / Fines Recovery
How to set up plants for current material and adjust for future material, sieve analysis, sand products, use and application of Hydraulic Roll Crusher (HRC). Machine Specific Classes
Tracked Impactor School
Learn how a horizontal shaft impactor can be the Swiss Army knife of crushing. Concrete, Asphalt Millings, Limestone, Natural Stone, all can be crushed into a sellable product. Selection of the proper wear parts is critical to cost-effective crushing. Knowing what to use and when to use it will be discussed. An operational tracked crusher will be on site and in the shop for a walk around. Manufacture representative will be assisting in teaching this class
February 17th – 18th Location: Lansing Branch
HP300 Cone School
Andy Leiber (Aggregate Service Manager) with over 20 years of technical and practical experience will be explaining the inner workings of a Metso HP300 cone crusher. From parts identification, working operational applications, down to the type of oils to be used. Half of the time is in the classroom; the other half is in the shop tearing down an operational HP300 cone crusher. Instructional books provided.
