The purpose of the 4WD loader Capstone is to verify knowledge and skills of the John Deere Dealer technician. Verification will be determined by both a hands-on and written style test and validated with an 80% or higher score. Upon successful completion of this instructor led training event, the technician will be deemed certified on the current series of 4WD loaders.
